Fully automatic ventilation duct system

The next step is to automatically splicing the buttonholes on the edge of the cylinder, and finally winding and cutting.

Characteristics:

Control system: It adopts the original imported computer chip design, which can be programmed according to the user's needs. The microcomputer fully controls the whole machine, the operation is simple, the action performance is stable, and the failure rate is low.

Display: Select 10 inch Panasonic touch screen man-machine interface to display and set parameter.

Temperature control: Auto controllable temperature with high stability.

Speed ??control: The computer chip controls the speed, and the stepper motor can adjust its working speed.

Protective measures: Warning device for temperature upper limit to protect heating wire.

Machine design:

1. Automatically fold the fabric and automatically weld it into the tube shape.

   If the duct diameter is under 1m, it use 1 piece fabric folding , if the diameter over 1m, it use 2 pieces fabric splicing. Please reference the follow photos :

1. When the fabric welding into a tube type, the buttonhole belt is automatically spliced to the edge of the tube. It is finished at same time. And the buttonhole belt can be automatic welding by another machine YC-2018.

3. Automatically set the length to cut and fold, suitable for pallet transportation.

4.The welding speed, temperature, length of cut, etc. can be set according to customer’s needs.
